Refund policy


Can I Return Sale Items?

All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be refunded.
However, size/item exchanges or store credit are available for sale items.


How Do I Return or Exchange?

Please read the instructions below before initiating a return.

  • Review the return conditions listed further down this page.

  • Include a note in your return package with your full name and order number.

  • In the return portal’s “comments” section, specify whether you’d like a:

    • Refund

    • Store credit

    • Exchange for a different item or size

  • If requesting an exchange, we will contact you once we receive the return or send the new item directly.

⚠️ Items must be returned with all tags and hygiene liners attached. Returns without these will be rejected without refund.

Return & Exchange Conditions
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

  • We’ll cover outbound shipping on your first exchange only.

  • If another exchange is requested, both return and resend shipping costs are your responsibility.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items are in original packaging with correct barcodes and all labels intact.

  • Items are clean and unworn — no makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, pet hair, etc.

  • Items have not been washed, worn, or altered.

  • Items are folded neatly and returned as delivered.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or offer partial refunds for non-compliant items.

📦 You are responsible for the item until it reaches us — we cannot refund lost or untracked returns.

Refunds

Refunds are issued for the product price only, excluding shipping.
You can choose to receive:

  • A refund to your original payment method

  • An Aura Rae store credit or gift card (excluding shipping fees)


What If My Item Is Damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at contact@aura-rae.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will make it right as soon as possible.


Shipping Costs

We do not cover return shipping costs.
We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send an email with your refund status.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days.
