All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

 

Shipping Times

  • Germany: 2–4 business days

  • Europe (EU countries): 4–8 business days

  • Rest of the world: 8–14 business days

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping based on your order total:

  • Germany: Free shipping on orders over €50

  • EU countries: Free shipping on orders over €100

  • Rest of the world: Free shipping on orders over €150

Orders below these amounts will see shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties

All orders are shipped from Germany. Depending on your location, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes upon arrival in your country.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer. The shipping carrier will notify you directly if any fees are due before your package is released from customs.

We do not cover or reimburse customs fees, import taxes, or any related charges. Unfortunately, we also cannot estimate these fees in advance, as they vary by country and order value.

Below are some general import thresholds:

  • United States: No import duties on orders under $800 USD

  • Canada: Duties may apply to orders over $20 CAD

  • European Union (EU): No customs fees for EU member countries on orders under €150

  • United Kingdom: Orders over £135 may be subject to import VAT and customs duties

  • Switzerland: Customs fees may apply depending on order value and contents

  • Australia: No import duties on orders under $1,000 AUD

For all other countries, local thresholds and import regulations may apply. If you're unsure whether your order will incur customs charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

 

Refusing to Pay Customs Fees

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and your parcel is returned to us, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.

  • Orders may arrive in multiple packages, depending on availability and logistics. If only part of your order arrives, the rest is on its way.

  • International customers may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
